Steffie, or "Spray" as it is better known, is a graffiti artist who demonstrated her artist skills from a very young age. She has always wanted to show what happens in her imagination through graffiti since she can leave them wherever and whenever she wants.
Although she has that selfish character of artists, anyone who has teamed with her ensures that she is a great companion who likes to ensure the well-being of her team.
This talented urban artist was added to Free Fire in the February 2020 update. She can be purchased in the store for 499 diamonds.
Hey before continuing I remind you that here below you can get Free Fire Codes!
Steffie ability in free fire
"Refugio de Pintura" is the exclusive ability of this character, and is considered one of the worst so far. With it, Steffie paints a 5-meter area that reduces damage from explosives and bullets, with a fairly short cooldown time.
This is the ability that contrasts with Álvaro's “Demolishing Art”, which allows him to cause more damage with grenades.
It is useful for both Solo and squad battles, but one of the big problems with this ability is that it remains static in the place where it was activated. It doesn't follow us like Alok's "Brutal Rhythm" circle and this is a huge disadvantage since we can't move if we want to enjoy damage reduction.
Another point against is that bullet damage does not decrease much, it remains at 5% at all levels, and that is not a very noticeable damage reduction.
You can get a lot of benefit out of “Paint Shelter” in the game mode “Only explosives”, since only grenades are used, but unfortunately it is not active and depending on a game mode to be able to take advantage of an ability is very unfavorable for this character.
In his favor, it goes without saying that as long as the circle is active, the vest doesn't take any damage, but even this doesn't make it a profitable skill. Regardless of the damage from the bullets, the difference would be made simply by the circle following us.

How to use Steffie at Free Fire
Using Steffie in very complicated. In individual battles there will be very few times that we can benefit from “Refugio de Pintura” because we are in constant movement. In a direct confrontation in the open field it will be of little use to us, the damage of bullets is reduced very little and in these they almost never use grenades.
It is possible to place a gloo wall and activate the ability to protect ourselves, but only as a precaution. We don't need to get out of the circle; it is enough to wait for our rival to approach to assassinate him without losing too much life, and in case he drops a grenade, we can receive it without so much fear. However, it is not the best strategy.
Indoors we can get more out of Steffie. We can camp or take the confrontations to the houses, but this can also play against us, since we would be cornered by using an ability that gives us a very small advantage over our rival.
Not even in squad battles can he show off. The benefits are very few compared to the disadvantages. Having two or more players from the same team shoot from the same place gives you two kill almost certain to the enemy. Unless we are decoying, but losing one or two players to being able to kill just one is not a smart strategy.
Skill combos with Steffie at Free Fire
"Shelter of Paint" is a defensive ability. "Repair Team" can support Steffie's ability, but we still can't get much of an advantage because of its situational nature. Some combos that can support the skill are the following:
- "Repair Team", "Gluttony" and "Mafia Spirit": A combination designed to resist as much time as possible. Since the vest does not take damage if we are inside "Refuge of Painting", thanks to Shani's ability we can increase the level of the vest with a pair of kill, preventing them from lowering our lives when we do not have graffiti painted. "Gluttony" is to recover faster with the kits and try to surprise the opponent being inside the circle.
- "Repair Team", "Bold Shooter" and "Trafficker": Doing damage while in the graffiti area is what we need to do to take advantage of Steffie's ability, so with “Audacious Shooter”, we can do kill losing very little life. "Trafficker is not to run out of bullets. This combo is ideal for camping.
- "Repair Team", "Sustained Hunting" and "Bushido": A more aggressive combination designed for those close-range engagements. We will take little damage from grenades, but just enough to benefit from "Bushido" if they shoot us. When we finish off our enemy using a shotgun, we will recover life and be ready to receive the next rival.
- Other variants: We can combine "Sustained Hunting" with "Healing Song" to be at the maximum of life after each kill what we do. Also use "Career," "Healed Touch" and "Healing Song" to fulfill a supporting role in squad battles.
